Un rire qui se perd sur sa bouche,
Voila le portrait sans retouche
De l'homme auquel j'appartiens

Quand il me prend dans ses bras
Il me parle tout bas,
Je vois la vie en rose.

Des mots de tous les jours,
Et ca me fait quelque chose.

Il est entre dans mon coeur
Une part de bonheur

The first thing that struck me when I saw this was the girl's facial expression - this is very detailed and shows off your sketching skills very well. I actually like the use of pen lines as it adds depth, and you have used multitones to their full effect. The only advice I might offer is to show more of a contrast between light and shadow because clearly you can do it well.
